Red Beton — Software for circular concrete-recipe formulation from CDW

Red Beton is a software solution for ready-mix concrete producers to formulate concrete recipes incorporating construction and demolition waste (CDW) streams, with a particular focus on recycled-brick aggregates and mixed-aggregate use cases in the Czech and Slovak markets. The software supports recipe adaptation to local regulatory frameworks (EN 206 and Czech national rules) and includes technical guidance for adapting batching-plant equipment. Red Beton is currently the only company commercialising concrete with up to 100% waste-derived materials in the Czech and Slovak markets, which positions it advantageously for the software roll-out. The business model is SaaS-based with a base subscription fee plus per-recipe fee, targeting an estimated 160 ready-mix companies operating 450 batching plants in the region. Testing planned for 2027 with a small group of medium-sized ready-mix producers. CRL 4, TRL 3, BRL 4: software is to be developed; market positioning is supported by Red Beton's existing concrete business.
