Circulair demolition Noordgouw

The demolition of the Hattem annex of CSG 'De Noordgouw' was seized upon by Lagemaat Sloopwerken to serve as a good example of how circular demolition can be put into practice. For the municipality of Hattem, in addition to low costs, SROI fulfillment and tight planning, the sustainability & circularity aspect was an important component in the decision to have Lagemaat carry out the demolition.
