New Circular Economy Business Model for More Sustainable Urban Construction

H2020 Projects Workshop: “Innovative services and products for the circular economy”

Project coordinator Alenka Mauko Pranjić has participated in a plenary panel which took place at EASME headquarters on 11th February 2020. During the event, CINDERELA was presented alongside six other Horizon 2020 projects. Work done so far towards delivering business models for advancing the circular economy through innovative services and products was discussed.

The panelists agreed that shift from linear to circular cannot be done without solid business models therefore development of Cinder CEBM, circular economy business model which is being developed within the CINDERELA is still of crucial essence. The path towards more sustainable future can only happen hand in hand with the change of the mindset. We all need to realize that being circular can be economically viable.
