Last week the CinderOSS co-design process began!

The CINDERELA One-Stop-Shop (in short: CinderOSS) offers a complete digital business environment that provides a variety of services to accelerate construction related waste-to-product business models.

The Italian participants called CinderOSS useful and ambitious.

From the discussion on the applicability and usefulness of CinderOSS for different users and for local business interesting aspects and suggestions emerged.

The current version of the tool might have poor connection between the different elements and functions and a “language problem” related to the targeting of users.

This and other issues were further explored for the different CinderOSS functions, such as the CinderOSS database and the digital services of the CinderOSS Digital Business Ecosystem.

As an Italian CINDERELA-member we are very happy with the results of this first co-design meeting, as it stresses the importance of adopting a co-design approach in the development of digital services.

The big challenge now is to transform the inputs coming from the stakeholders into useful knowledge for the development of the CinderOSS model, the design of new solutions and the optimization of existing ones.
